How is the Rajarajeshwari Nagar area in Bangalore?
Q. I'm planning to buy an apartment in this area. How is this area ? Will there be takers for rent if the apartment gets completed in 2011 ? And is it a good place for living. Faclities, schools , shopping area, railway station ? Please help me. Thanks in advance.

A. rajarajeshwari nagar is defenitely is an outer area with less facilities for now,but since the famous raja rajeshwari temple is in this area and bangalore university is nearby dis area there 'ill b many takers, n as n when many apartments come here there ill b many malls n others shoppin area may b around 2011. ramamurthy nagar near tin factory was xaclty like dis 2 years b4 wid no brand shops/very few local shops for purchasing.but now it is flooded wid as many as 5-7(n few more 2 come) brand store in one single road(fresh,more,nilgris,m egamart ,aadishwars,bata...etc). so i think there s good scope for fast improvement in ur area wid famous temple n university around.it 'ill def turn out 2 b a gud investment.may b u can ask any f ur… [cont.]

Where are good areas to look for houses in the Salt Lake City area?
Q. My good friend is looking to relocate to Salt Lake City as he got a new job there. Even though I'm only 1 state away I know nothing about the area itself. Can anyone recommend places to look for or avoid when house searching? He would like something nice middle class, no lower or upper really, and thats safe and quiet.

A. I don't really know what parts he should look in but I can tell you a couple of parts that he should avoid. West Valley City and Midvale can be pretty rough. I wouldn't want to live in either town. Magna is another place I would avoid. As far as SLC itself goes, I wouldn't live anywhere in the area except possibly on the east side, above 900 East but this area can get expensive. Generally I would advise him to look as close as possible to where he works, while staying out of these areas.

What area of Philadelphia would be most convenient to stay for a vacation?
Q. My family is planning a 4-5 day trip to Philadelphia, planning to see the Independence National Park and the Franklin Science Center. Other possible sites would be the Philly Zoo and Valley Forge. What area should we be looking at for a convenient hotel?

A. Downtown is the most convenient for those, since that's where most of them are. Independence and Franklin are both in the core center of things, and the zoo a short trip away. Since you're thinking Valley Forge, you might also look at hotels out that way, there are a lot in the Valley Forge/King of Prussia area, but you'll have one nasty commute into the city from out there unless you avoid rush hours.
